GWC Packaging is a non-commission-based company, meaning that our team members cooperate to help you, rather than compete among themselves. When you work with us, you get an entire team dedicated to your success. Each client is assigned a four-person team consisting of:
Two sales reps who make in-person visits, offer best solutions and provide pricing
One customer service rep who enters orders, provides delivery updates and answers general questions
One account manager who sends invoices, establishes credit terms, handles complaints and fills in for the sales reps when they are unavailable
In addition to providing great service, a four-person team means that if a sales rep ever leaves GWC Packaging, the client has three other links to us — people who the client knows well and trusts.
Seamless Company Transitions
We create an internal wiki page that documents the processes and preferences of each client. This page can be edited and modified by any employee, and acts as a central repository for storing internal documentation about our clients’ processes, preferences, checklists, current projects and more.
With this tool, company changes are no problem. If we experience personnel changes, the processes handled by the former employee are easily transferred to the new employee, making the transition as seamless as possible for us as well as for our clients.
