GWC Packaging is a non-commission-based company, meaning that our team members cooperate to help you, rather than compete among themselves. When you work with us, you get an entire team dedicated to your success. Each client is assigned a four-person team consisting of:

  • 2 Sales reps who make in-person visits, offer best solutions and provide pricing
  • 1 Customer service rep who enters orders, provides delivery updates and answers general questions
  • 1 Account manager who sends invoices, establishes credit terms, handles complaints and fills in for the sales reps when they are unavailable.

In addition to providing great service, a four-person team means that if a sales rep ever leaves GWC Packaging, the client has three other links to us — people who know your business needs well.
